In an effort to provide quality and safe for the skin products we do not use synthetic ingredients, stabilizers or binders. As a result, our natural products are sensitive to consistency/texture changes due to the temperature. During very warm weather, products may soften, separate or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks & mailboxes.
The melting process is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. However, the quality and healing properties of our products are not affected in anyway by melting. If completely melted or soft simply stir product and place in the refrigerator for a few hours to solidify. Then store in a cool dry place for use.
Our products are packed in clear glass jars. Be careful when opening the product to check if melting has occurred, they may spill out and make a mess. Please check before opening to see if the product is in a loose liquid state and refrigerate before opening the jars.
